Delete your MedMum account

From the app

1. Open MedMum and tap the gear icon at the top (Settings).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is the same in our other apps (SpendyGO, ButtaGO): deleting it from one app deletes it for all of them.

Without the app

Write to miesolutionsit@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "MedMum account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, your name and email address, your devices and your preferences.
• Your personal space with all its data, and your membership of every circle. A circle where you are the only member is deleted with all its data. If you are the last supervisor of a circle, the role passes to the member who joined first.
• All your archived copies of circles you left earlier.

What is kept

• Items you checked stay in the circle history with your name, because they are part of the shared record of the person cared for. Ask us by email if you want them anonymised.
• Technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

1. Apri MedMum e tocca l'icona dell'ingranaggio in alto (Impostazioni).
2. Tocca Elimina account e conferma.

L'account è lo stesso nelle nostre altre app (SpendyGO, ButtaGO): eliminarlo da un'app lo elimina per tutte.

Senza l'app

Scrivi a miesolutionsit@gmail.com dall'indirizzo email del tuo account, con oggetto "Cancellazione account MedMum". Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e te lo confermiamo per email.

Cosa viene eliminato

• Il tuo account, nome e indirizzo email, i tuoi dispositivi e le tue preferenze.
• Il tuo spazio personale con tutti i suoi dati e la tua presenza in ogni cerchia. Una cerchia in cui sei l'unico membro viene eliminata con tutti i suoi dati. Se sei l'ultimo supervisore di una cerchia, il ruolo passa al membro entrato per primo.
• Tutte le tue copie archiviate delle cerchie lasciate in precedenza.

Cosa resta

• Le voci che hai spuntato restano nello storico della cerchia con il tuo nome, perché fanno parte della registrazione condivisa della persona assistita. Scrivici se vuoi che siano rese anonime.
• I log tecnici vengono eliminati automaticamente entro 30 giorni.
