Accessibility statement

We want miesolutionsit.it to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, enlarged text or low vision.

We publish this statement voluntarily, taking as reference the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022) and the European standard EN 301 549, which for websites refers to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

What it covers

The pages of miesolutionsit.it, in Italian and English: the home page, the app pages (ButtaGO, MedMum, SpendyGO), the guides, the privacy policies, the account deletion pages and this page.

It does not cover the smartphone apps or other services the site links to, such as Google Play and the email program that opens from email links.

Conformance status

The site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549, clause 9), based on a self-assessment completed on 4 November 2026.

How we checked

  • Code review of every page, criterion by criterion.
  • Automated testing with axe-core 4.10 on every page: no violations.
  • Contrast calculation for every text colour, in the light and dark themes: at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with focus always visible.
  • Testing at 320 pixels wide (like a 400% zoom): no horizontal page scrolling.

Accessibility features

  • A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page, visible when using the keyboard.
  • Clear structure: headings in order, page regions (header, content, footer) and named menus.
  • Alternative text for informative images; decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
  • The language of each page, and of words in another language, is marked, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
  • Automatic light and dark themes, following the device settings, both with adequate contrast.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% and beyond without losing content; the layout adapts to small screens.
  • Nothing moves, flashes or times out on its own; smooth scrolling is turned off when the device asks for reduced motion.
  • Screenshot galleries can also be scrolled with the keyboard arrow keys.
  • The cookie banner is the first thing reached with the keyboard, does not cover the end of the page and can be reopened from "Cookie preferences".
  • No forms to fill in and no CAPTCHA: an email is all it takes to contact us.

Known limitations

  • The site has not yet been tested by people with disabilities using assistive technologies. If you find a barrier, please tell us: that is the most valuable help we can get.
