Delete your ButtaGO account

From the app

1. Open ButtaGO and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is the same in our other apps (MedMum, SpendyGO): deleting it from one app deletes it for all of them.

Without the app

Write to miesolutionsit@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "ButtaGO account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, your name and email address, your devices and your preferences.
• Your personal space and your membership of every circle. A circle where you are the only member is deleted with all its data, and its contribution to the suggestions is removed. If you are the last administrator of a circle, the role passes to the member who joined first.
• All your archived copies of circles you left earlier.

What is kept

• Turns you did stay in the circle with your name, because they are part of its shared record. Ask us by email if you want them anonymised.
• Technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

3. Tocca Elimina account e conferma.

Senza l'app

Scrivi a miesolutionsit@gmail.com dall'indirizzo email del tuo account, con oggetto "Cancellazione account ButtaGO". Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e te lo confermiamo per email.

Cosa viene eliminato

• Il tuo account, nome e indirizzo email, i tuoi dispositivi e le tue preferenze.
• Il tuo spazio personale e la tua presenza in ogni cerchia. Una cerchia in cui sei l'unico membro viene eliminata con tutti i suoi dati, e il suo contributo ai suggerimenti viene tolto. Se sei l'ultimo amministratore di una cerchia, il ruolo passa al membro entrato per primo.
• Tutte le tue copie archiviate delle cerchie lasciate in precedenza.

Cosa resta

• I turni che hai fatto restano nella cerchia con il tuo nome, perché fanno parte del suo storico condiviso. Scrivici se vuoi che siano resi anonimi.
• I log tecnici vengono eliminati automaticamente entro 30 giorni.
